The LinkedIn Associate will report to LinkedIn Sales Manager.
Working in the newly expanded Merchant GMAT & Admissions sales team you will be responsible for sourcing qualified leads via LinkedIn, which will play a key role in helping drive Merchantâ€™s sales and business growth and be part of the most exciting and talented, education businesses in Latin America.
Working with a team of sales associates you will be responsible for profiling, contacting and setting up qualified sales calls with the most talented Latin American business professionals, whose aim is to get into top post graduate programs such as Harvard, MIT, Columbia and London Business School to ultimately reach their career and lifestyle dreams.

After consistently doubling revenues every year, for the last 7 years, we are aggressively expanding into surrounding LATAM countries (Mexico, Peru, Columbia, Chile) and investing significantly in making our dreams of owning the LATAM market a reality. You will be compensated well in USD and before you get started you will go through a rigorous one month training program aimed at getting you up to speed with everything MBA related, as well as making sure you are ready to hit the ground running and earning commission quickly.
Responsibilities and Duties:
Profiling potential MBA candidates via LinkedIn based on their age, educational background and work experience, using Merchant customer data models (donâ€™t worry we will teach you everything you need to know)
Engaging and conversing with potential clients via LinkedIn chat, your focus will be on providing value to potential clients about Merchant, the MBA industry and any useful events or articles, with the overall aim of getting a meeting for the sales team
Working 30 hours a week, your aim (when you are fully trained) is to generate 12 qualified calls per week for the sales associates
Hit and exceed your individual monthly sales meeting goals, while contributing to the overall success of the wider team and businessÂ
Use Zoho CRM, to schedule meetings and make sure that all relevant information on each meeting generated is communicated to the LinkedIn Sales Manager
Collaborate with the sales associate team to optimize the lead generation process and maximize the number of sales opportunities for the business
